The Umrah visa process is far simpler when someone experienced handles it — which is exactly what we do on every package. Still, it helps to know what is involved. Here is the checklist we work through with our pilgrims. (Requirements can change, so we always confirm the latest at the time of booking.)
The core documents
- Passport — valid for at least six months beyond your travel date, with blank pages for stamps.
- Photographs — recent passport-size photos with a white background, meeting Saudi specifications.
- Confirmed bookings — return flights and hotel reservations in Makkah and Madinah (we arrange these as part of your package).
- Vaccination proof — the vaccinations required by Saudi authorities at the time of travel; we advise on the current list.
Depending on your circumstances
- Mahram documentation — for women travelling, any documentation required under current rules regarding a mahram; we explain what applies to your situation.
- Identity documents — CNIC and, for children, the relevant identity or family registration documents.
- Consent letters — where a minor travels without both parents, any consent documentation that may be required.
How Travel Value handles it
You do not navigate this alone. When you book an Umrah package with us, our pilgrimage desk:
- Gives you a clear, personalised checklist up front.
- Reviews your documents before submission to catch issues early.
- Processes the Umrah visa alongside your flights and hotels.
- Keeps you updated at each stage until everything is confirmed.
